Well, I have to admit that I had one of the best Big Macs ever here tonight. Perfect amount of sauce, extra pickles, as... requested, and none of those annoying onions that nobody actually likes. A nice warm sandwich that you could tell was fresh. Itimmediately smooshed into my hands as I picked it up out of the box and lifted it to my mouth, the scent wafting and filling mynostrils as it got closer and closer. The happiness that filled my body with every bite was unmatched in recent times. Theaftertaste as I stopped to add beautifully golden french fries to the mix was amazing. Perfectly sized ice cubes. Kept my drinkat the perfect temperature to complement everything else. This McDonald?s cannot be beaten. Read more
Yet another dissatisfied customer. Yikes. My girlfriend got a wrap which was essentially ripped in half. I have pictures. The... burger and fries were soggy and wet, we didn't receive straws or napkins, and I can?t remember a time I had an order goperfectly normal. I'm sorry McDonalds... but your food is terrible... all of it, even, perhaps especially, your 'healthy' options. Nothing on your... menu tastes good except your coffee, if it gets made right. In all your restaurants we've visited from Nova Scotia to BritishColumbia, my family hasn't received a properly prepared order in nearly Two Years!! Considering we let the kids pick McDonaldsonce per month, that is atrocious!! The longest stretch I tracked was over 30 consecutive drive-thru orders wherein at least oneitem was either made wrong or missing. Years ago, when I would go into the restaurant with my receipt (after checking the orderin the parking lot) I was always offered something free or a rebate on the item/s in question, in consolation for theinconvenience. I didnt always accept the gesture, but it's been at least three years since I've even received an offer ofcourtesy like this!! I believe that, much to the dismay of my children, we will be permanently boycotting McDonalds if somemassive gesture of regret and repentance isn't seen. I hope that enough people share publicly their related history with you inan endeavor to restore McDonalds to the mediocre fast food joint it once was, and I thank you for the many previous years ofgood service and OK food prior to what changes have come about over the last 5 to 10 years. I got caught off guard coming to this location and finding it was already closed. I suppose I'm not accustomed to McDonald's... locations closing by 11pm. For whatever reason the drivethru lanes weren't blocked the night I was there even though it wasn'tthat long after close. I ended up entering the line to the well-lit restaurant and was surprised when the automated message cameon explaining that it was closed already. The one time I've been here when it was open was decent and I didn't have an issue,but I'd still like to see this location have some signage when it's closed. Read more
Blonde girl at the window needs a serious reality check. I?ve never experienced somebody so ignorant and disrespectful. Went on... my break to get Jr. Chickens with habanero sauce on the side, when she gave me the bag I looked into it and didn?t see any sauceso I called her back over and she just simply said ?well it should be in there, I put it in there?. Clearly not when I pulledout the burgers from the bag and there wasn?t any. Seemed like a scam. She couldn?t of been more rude handing me the sauce, Ican?t even put it into words. I get you get paid minimum wage but just because you?re so angry about that doesn?t mean you needto ruin other peoples day. Serious management needs to be put into place, I?ve read a few of the reviews and it?s clear I?m notthe only one who thinks this, this girl should be fired. Read more
