Went for a nice dinner with my boyfriend. Shrimp scampi was delicious . Service was all right- except for the part where the... server spent most of her attention on my boyfriend. I was letting it slide until we were leaving through a crowd of people andshe didn?t see me behind him when she ran up to him and started chit chatting excitingly to him, she was just about to lay herhands on him when I stepped out from behind him- she instantly stopped talking froze like a deer in headlights and ran off- blonde girl with glasses- unbelievable- won?t be back and neither will my boyfriend. I attended the bar side with the dance floor. They had a band in. I was looking forward to a DJ, but thats because I don't like... country music. But the band was very lively and good and last live show of the year at Ralph's. So good job guys!!! Read more

Ordered Medium rare filet mignon but received a medium well one. Steak was flavorful but the crispy onion?s portions is a bit... too little. Overall the food was decent but was pretty disappointed with the doneness of the steak. Read more

I had high hopes since previous experiences have always been good, but I found my steak was undercooked and other than the first... few bites, tough and chewy. Only the bar menue was available, so hopefully the steakhouse cook does a better job. Next time Iwill go when the steakhouse is open to see if the lack of quality is just a bar thing. Read more

Ambiance was really good. Friendly staff, good food.

The staff here is awesome! The young lady who took care of us (Rachel) was very attentive, informative and friendly, despite... being the only wait staff in the restaurant at the time (the bartender was assisting, but busy behind the bar as well). Therestaurant has a great atmosphere and excellent food. Prices are reasonable. We did have a little confusion about the hours ofoperation, as there is a nightclub(?) attached that I think is only open weekend evenings, but once we figure out the differencebetween the nightclub side and bar/restaurant side, it was all good. Steak was cooked to perfection and the wait staff were professional and friendly. We ordered ribeye with blue cheese button and... sirloin with peppercorn gravy. Both were flavourful and cooked just right. Will visit again if we are in Medicine Hat!
