Went to a special Seafood night event with friends. We had eaten at the restaurant the previous weekend and found it very good.... We heard about the Seafood Event and made a reservation for 4 to attend the next weekend. The service was friendly and prompt,and the meal received was excellent. It included a lobster tail, fish cake, prawns and coconut shrimp with mixed vegetablesconsisting of peppers, squash and zucchini. First time visit. We chose inside for the interesting seating and the matching music. We did have a look at the patio, a great... spot. Could use some foliage. Great spot not on the road. We enjoyed iced tea (refills) and water with lime. The Rosewood burgeris ridiculously fantastic hand pressed (Douglas meats supplies), and a Greek salad, I couldn't get enough! The other dish wasthe Roast beef Panni, with the beet salad, it was delicious, it was a little hard to grip, so be ready. Lol. But delicious tothe last bite. The menu is large enough that we can go back several times through. And with a bar if you are in mood the drinksmenu is a fine choice. Service was great, engaging and an excellent resource, need to make time for a brunch! Highly recommend,so make your way towards the flats and take a break from downtown. Read more

Me and my partner were here July 22, 2022. The staff was very nice and very polite. However we ordered some iced lattes $6 each... and we could tell the syrup was store bought. My partner ordered a burger and complained that far too much sauce was added andthe meat tasted bland. I ordered the daily special which was a pork panini with pickles, cheese and mustard. The taste ofmustard overwhelmed the panini and the meat was also bland. The price we ended up paying felt very expensive for the experiencewe had. We used to go here lots before changes and thought we?d give this place another try. However we were disappointed. Read more

My wife and I just did a course on how to cook Indian food. By far the best cooking class I've ever attended. Sourav and his son... did a great job of teaching us how to cook the food, adjusted on the fly to accommodate different wishes of the students, toldall sorts of interesting stories and gave us more great hints than I could count. At every point, he was eager to answerquestions and help us understand. And, just when it couldn't get any better, the time came to taste the food! It was absolutelydelicious and there was SO MUCH OF IT! My wife and I both left with at least one or two more meals in takeaway boxes. We willabsolutely be back. Absolutely wonderful! The roasted red pepper soup and beet salad were both delicious as is everything I have ever ordered there.... The service is impeccable! The atmosphere is cozy with beautiful live music in the background. It is the perfect place for aromantic night out. The owners are a wonderful family that take the time to speak to their guests. Back in town for a week and some family suggest Sunday Bruch at Rosewood and I was up to see a new restaurant - I was really... impressed by the well assembled eclectic interior; service was attentive and very helpful; and it is great to have an option forbreeky that includes a couple small pancakes.
