All of the staff are such a delight and I?m grateful for the diversity in staff! It really makes me feel comfortable coming to... get my favourite drinks, although two of your employees really stood out today! Nathan and Jade! I want to thank Nathan forremaking my drinks as when I ordered them the Starbucks app wasn?t working and he re-made my drinks! Thank you so so much! It isappreciated when people go out of their way to make people happy and they don?t get enough recognition for the time they putinto making our drinks!! No oat milk at this Starbucks, yet not reflected on the mobile ordering app. Lack of merchandise as well. This location is a... win for aesthetic appeal. I love the Victorian era vibe going on here. Hopefully next time I order here they are able toaccommodate my dairy request. Read more

Service was friendly. Decently fast. However both bathrooms were out of toilet paper. We requested they restock the bathrooms... (several people waiting), then they came after 5 minutes with 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms? I honestly didn?t get it. You guys know the toilet paper hoarding days are over right? ????. In all seriousness, please think about bathroom re-stockneeds. The dispensers can hold more than 1 roll, this seemed to be a major neglect issue. Read more
