Love this Star Bucks! No matter where I am in Medicine Hat, I will go out of my way to go to this location - as will my family... and a good chunk of the people I work with. Marci is a total gem, as are the other girls that work there - so friendly, so fast,and they are always awesome at what they do (no burnt coffee, ever)! Read more

Service was extremely slow. Employees seemed to not care about service or how they talk to customers. After standing in line for... almost 10 minutes I had to wait another 15 for them to make 1 simple frappucino. My order was not complicated so it should nothave taken this long. Also many people who ordered after me received their orders before me even they they ordered after me(afew were safeway employees). I dont think thay safeway employees should get special treatment and receive their larger morecomplocated orders before the people thay orders before them.
