We love Starbucks but when we pay $12 for our 2 daughter?s drink and they won?t even fix them for free when they?re wrong?... that?s when we start to wonder why go there? we remember the day when the customer was always right and that doesn?t seem to bethe case anymore. Here?s hoping for a better experience next time but we?ve lost a bit of faith in the establishment when thiscontinually happens. Read more
Definitely my favorite location. The new renovations look amazing. Clean, simple, very minimalist. Tables thoughtfully spaced... but not too far. The staff are friendly, well trained and helpful. Plenty of parking and a Tesla EV station nearby. Read more
I usually really love this location and even get a few nice compliments here and there that make my day! However today was not... the case, one of your employees was extremely rude and snappy. When I need it, Starbucks is there to fill me up. This is the only Supercharger location in the area and a great spot to stop... and recharge, literally. Always friendly staff and a drive thru window, this Starbucks is constantly outperforming otherlocations. Their patio wasn't open on this visit but will no doubt be open with proper social distancing rules once the weathercooperates. They're always willing to modify my drink order to my preferences and offer ideas when I'm not sure what it is Iwant to pick up. Fresh banana bread is a great addition to anything you order, enjoy! It was my birthday yesterday and the lady was super rude that took my order. She didn?t wish me a happy birthday and tried to... deny me my drink because there till wasn't working regardless of it being their standards. Thats not all a big deal I supposebut one star mostly because the quality of the drinks always fluctuate at this location. I?ve had the same drink given to me in3 different colors... some curdled. This Starbucks is visually impressive, but otherwise disappointing. There were several team members working, and only the... person at the mobile pickup counter was greeting customers. The remainder of the team was talking amongst themselves and to acontractor that came in. My coffee was weak. Read more
2 young ladies on shift. Both super friendly! I wish I had gotten names time is 5:40ish on the 19th of July. I had mis spoke my... order and noticed after the first sip. They remade beverage, were super friendly about eveything. Everything was incrediblyclean, music was not loud. Moving to this end of the city soon and excited to make this our regular location!
