Stayed next door to the Keg and checked Trip Advisor for good restaurant choices nearby. So glad we ordered from this Keg. We... travel with a dog so we try to stay in the hotel room for dinner. Ordering by phone was easy and everything was packaged welland hot. The Caesar salad was good and big enough to share. I really enjoyed the chicken Masala and minted lemon peas( and noproblem having rice rather than the garlic mashed). We also ordered the blue cheese filet with a stuffed potato. Wow! Just wow! I called ahead to this location (from where I live in Calgary) knowing my husband who is away on a job was gunna... be dining here this evening. I made a special request that the hostess would greet him by his first name and that he would beserved up his favourite drink once seated. The hostess who answered the phone was so sweet and helpful, and although I knew therequest was quite out of the ordinary she very happily and excitedly agreed to help me ensure my man got to experience beingtreated like royalty! I explained how hard he’s working and that I just wanted to make him feel appreciated and important andboy did they ever pull it off! He messaged me promptly after his arrival informing me that his experience was above and beyondanything he’d expected and that all the hostesses, servers and management had worked together to really ensure he had anamazing time dining there. He was surprised, happy and from what I understand his experience exceeded all expectations! My hardworking husband will definitely leave feeling like a million bucks after enjoying an amazing meal and it’s all thanks to yourteam! You guys ROCK! We decided to celebrate our anniversary at the Keg. As usual the service and meal were awesome. The staff made us feel safe as... they adhered to all of the COVID-19 protocols. We had dinner here recently. We were able to walk to the Keg from the hotel. I had a half order of back ribs and my partner... ordered the 10 oz prime rib. Lots of food and very tasty. Nice service as well. Read more

Ordered take out for my birthday from the Medicine Hat location. We picked up our food and when we arrived home and unpacked our... order, part of it was missing. We called immediately to let them know and were put through to a manager. We were advised that wecould come back and get the rest of the order or he would mail a gift card on the following Monday. We chose the gift cardoption. One week later there was still no gift card in the mail, so I called again. I was then told they were very busy and Ineed to call back another time. Customer service is everything in the service industry. You took our order, took our money butdid not provide what we paid for. Good customer service dictates you should be trying to make it up to the customer, notdisappoint further. Apparently this is lost on this business. Was in to celebrate my wifes birthday. Overall the experience was great! Ruth our server was fabulous. The only issue we... had..was where we were seated we could hear the TV in the lounge conflict with the sound coming out of the main speaker. It wasvery annoying. Just finished a job in town and a co-worker and I went out for steak dinner, my co-worker said enjoyed his meal and I ordered... the rib steak bone in medium well. It was delicious as well as the sides that came with it, everything was spot on. I woulddefinitely recommend eating here based on the 2 meals I enjoyed here while staying in town. Had my 1st year anniversary dinner at The Keg last weekend. The atmosphere is nice and cozy and clean. Had ordered the Bacon... Wrapped Scallops for a starter. And had the striploin steak and mashed potatoes with sauteed mushrooms. Also order the Surfand Turf with rice for my wife. With the meals comes complimentary Sour dough bread with butter. The service was very good samewith the meal. The two things that make me give a 4 and not a 5 is the lighting at the table flickered. And when I had went touse the men's washroom there was no soap in either dispenser. I mentioned it to lady's that were working out by the main doorand all they did was said thanks for letting us know? I was like wow really well during a pandemic and no soap?
