Another terrible drive-thru design with no forward thinking. There are almost always cars out on the road, blocking traffic. I... understand the "need" society has for drive-thrus but would love to see them removed and replaced with more parking so we canorder ahead and walk in. It's a Tim Hortons not much more to say than that, the staff is friendly and the food is good. The only bad thing I have to say... is a couple months ago my partner noticed dozens of flies swarming all their bread products but since then it seems to havegotten a lot better so I'm not worried about it. Tim Hortons hasn't been the same as before (2 years ago). Things have changed, attention from staff is missing, Costumer... service is 10% from two years ago. Quality has been reduced, so, Tim Hortons is not the same. Read more
Here is not an option for 0 star otherwise i will do that, because service was not good. Even they did not toast the bagels for... 10 seconds. Worst experience. End of May 2022 rec'd this tasty morsel in the drive through. Reached out and no one has made an apology or refund for this... charbroiled briquette version of Timmie's turkey, bacon club. Instant service when I walked in the door from a friendly team member. Was cashed out and with a fresh donut in less than two... minutes. The tables were well spaced out, and most of them were full. The decor was more refined than other Tim?s and featureda fireplace. The dining area and the washrooms were sparkling clean. Read more
