Very hit and miss. Come here after work decently often, but tonight?s experience was awful. Ordered a double hamburger, with... very specific modifications. I'm going to give them anither solid review in a few weeks once the hype dies down. But, they had about 1.5 people working at... 11:00 a.m. with cars in the Drive threw and a line of at least 5. Went for a drive through and it was a good experience. They were fast and the spicy chicken burger was good. My daughter loved... the chicken nuggets. The drive through menu needs some updates. Read more
Not sure if there is new management or not. As of late the concept of customer service is NON EXISTENT. The servers do not seem... to care what they put in the bag or how it goes in. At the drive through, you have to wait until the next order is ready to betossed out the window in order to ask for condiments. There are never any condiments in the bag. Food quality has fallen throughthe floor along with the service. Frys are never crisp, frys are now cold and soggy. When you mention this to the person behindthe counter, you get an eye roll. This is after several minutes of trying to flag someone down, as apparently they have betterthings to be doing other than customer service.
