Food was good. Phoned in my order so that I could swing in grab and go along the route. Got there to find out that phone orders... get pushed aside until you arrive and have them make your food while you wait. That bummed me out but I'll eat there again. Read more

My hunger made me ignore how unkempt the sandwich making surface was initially. The sandwich was made by the young girl behind... the counter while another sat at one of the customer booths. The time was about 7:00 in the evening and business was light. Nodiscernable "manager" was noted in the store at the time. I found it odd the sandwich preparation area was so messy with solittle business to interfere. The final straw was when the young girl making the sandwich picked up a used knife at the end ofthe prep area with the intent of cutting my foot long turkey/forest ham sandwich in half. I gave her curt instructions on howthe knife was covered in some red sauce and that I wanted none of it on my sandwich. She'd already used it to fold the sandwichso some of the damage was done. She did stop everything and go back to wash the knife before cutting my sandwich. Based on theleisure posture I found both of your employees in and to dire need of attention required in the sandwich prep area, combinedwith the lackzidazical performance of sandwich making by your staff, this 27 year veteran of the armed forces is not interestedin returning to your store anytime soon.
