I stopped in on a Saturday at 1:50, sat at the drive through for a while with no answer, there were 4 cars behind me. I pulled... up to the window and there was a girl sweeping the floor. She looked up at me and shook her head and looked back down. Now, atthis point, there?s no ?closed? sign, I?m not from Medina, and Google is saying it?s open till 6pm? This has been my local caribou for a few years now and I got to say that they have weathered the COVID storm very... well. Everyone knows the quality coffee they get when they go to a caribou, so I'll leave that out of this review. The staffwas charming, friendly, and pleasant. In the desperate post-covid environment where people are starving for decent employees, itwas nice to walk into a store and have a enjoyable experience. Several things to say about our visit. For starters don't post a sign saying face masks are requested/recommended when... absolutely none of the staff is wearing them. Just bad business in these times especially for people looking for those maskrequired places. Secondly it didn't seem like anyone there knew what they were doing.
