I stopped in on a Saturday at 1:50, sat at the drive through for a while with no answer, there were 4 cars behind me. I pulled... up to the window and there was a girl sweeping the floor. She looked up at me and shook her head and looked back down. Now, atthis point, there?s no ?closed? sign, I?m not from Medina, and Google is saying it?s open till 6pm? The girl looks up again,flicks me off and mouths ?we?re closed B***?? wow, nice, keepin it classy Caribou of Medina! Yuck, at least come to the intercomand say, I?m sorry, we?re closed. This has been my local caribou for a few years now and I got to say that they have weathered the COVID storm very... well. Everyone knows the quality coffee they get when they go to a caribou, so I'll leave that out of this review. The staffwas charming, friendly, and pleasant. In the desperate post-covid environment where people are starving for decent employees, itwas nice to walk into a store and have a enjoyable experience. This will be my go-to for small gatherings and meetings withfriends in the future! Read more

Several things to say about our visit. For starters don't post a sign saying face masks are requested/recommended when... absolutely none of the staff is wearing them. Just bad business in these times especially for people looking for those maskrequired places. Secondly it didn't seem like anyone there knew what they were doing. Quick service but not always neatly made. I went here with a friend who worked at a caribou before and he told me how messy our... drinks were made and wouldn't pass at his old location. When I went there the workers weren't wearing their mask and was talkingto a friend and kind of just ignoring me and my friend. Maybe give the workers a talking to so they focus on their jobs firstthen talk to their friends. Store is always clean though. Read more
Cant order the bagel you want because they just microwave and premade breakfast sandwich, and they are not really that good.... Dont waste your money go to McDonald's or the holiday next door. Wish all the caribous had the bruegger's in them. Read more
First off, the environment is awesome. I have been to A LOT of Caribous and most of them feel the same. But this one, I walked... in and it hit me with a fresh, open, unique vibe. It has lots of comfy chairs, a great sitting area in front of a fireplace, andeven nice end tables with outlets. On top of that, I happen to come when the registers were down but the staff served well anddid an excellent job adapting on the go. Would highly recommend you Stop On By! Read more
