I use to go there quite a bit and lately it?s been absolutely Terrible I?ve went in there several times wanting my drink Mocha... Cookie Crumble and they are always having an outage of some kind, Usually it?s the cookie, or the chocolate chips and today itwas the whip cream! Friendly young girls but need to be taught (again maybe) not to handle register then take my cup and handle allaover the top... with palm and fingers while waiting to use coffee machine and then push lid down with palm where I drink from! Read more
I used to work at this location. The job was kinda fun, but stressful for no reason. I didn't leave in the most professional... way, But Target SUX as an employer. They are not interested in learning or respecting their employees. They want you to be lowlevel robots instead of embracing your humanity. Most of the Starbucks employees are lovely though, and deserve a biggerpayroll. Because what's Target without Starbucks? Read more
Every time I visit this location they get my order wrong. The customer service is lacking as well. *I just want to add that it... has been a month and I decided to give it another shot. I ordered a blended white chocolate mocha with caramel drizzle. Well,they gave me a iced mocha. I went back in to complain and was told that starbucks just changed the way they did their mochas.They "fixed" my order but still didn't have the caramel drizzle.
