I always enjoy a meal at this restaurant. Great food at reasonable prices. Friendly and efficient Staff. Update... 11/02/2022. Stopped here for a late snack while shopping. This visit was not the positive experience that we're used to. We bothordered salads with chicken but the lettuce was wilted not nice and crispy. The service was mediocre at best. Absolutely the worst applebees!!! Constantly issues every time I order from here. Missing items, completely cold food,... inconsistent alcohol drinks (shark bowl), poor service time. Needs real bartenders, real cooks, better packaging or better waysto keep food hot. Read more

Ordered for pickup food sat before handing us order checked on order everything was so cold and gross looking. Was told they... remade food after ten minutes handed food over everything felt hot steam in containers. Got it home to feed family and same foodwas reheated and very disgusting the looks of food alone were terrible. This is shameful and tired of settling for Mediocrefood. We will not return!! Manager gave 2 $10 GC as if that should cover the loss we spent on trash and still needed to orderfood across the street from Fiesta Jalapeños. Shame on us for wanting to eat out and treat ourselves. We visited Applebee?s tonight and our server Faith was very sweet and efficient! Very personable! She made our dining experience... very enjoyable! ?? I always enjoy this Applebee?s in Medina!!! The service is always good at this location, and the waitressesare always very attentive!! The food comes in quickly and is always warm and prepared correctly!!! Tonight we decided to orderonline and ordered one of the irresist a bowls. We tried the orange shrimp bowl, and it was delicious!!! It had rice, freshvegetables (carrots, broccoli and peppers) and spicy breaded shrimp!! It was excellent!!! I would definitely order this again!!I have also tried the chicken fajita type bowl which was also delicious!!! The portions are a good size, too!!! Had a good buy one get one special on spaghetti. Their meatballs are great. Love their lasagna too.
IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Stop in and let Onita serve you. She was fantastic. She never missed a beat and no one waited. While... we were there, she had 4 or 5 other tables that turned over a couple times. She made it a very wonderful experience for us. Big shout out to her. Read more
