I came here with my friends yesterday while we were setting up for an event outside. It was recommended to us by a local. We... hadn?t had lunch yet, so we came here to grab some coffee and bite to eat. I got the Cafe Mocha and the Jailhouse Panini. Bothwere spot on. I?ll go as far as to say, I think this is the best cafe mocha I?ve ever had. I don?t typically like my coffeesweet, and this mocha was definitely sweeter than most, but it was a perfect blend in my opinion. The panini came with chips anda pickle. As a side note, my friend ordered the pumpkin spice latte, and she was not impressed. I tried it, and I didn?t likeit either. I don?t know if it was fluke, but it tasted slightly burnt and diluted. Maybe that drink needs a little reworking? Idon?t know. Overall, I?d definitely come here again. Great location in the center of town. Very good coffee and food. Promptand friendly service. Spacious and perfectly decorated corner coffee shop! Even when it got busy, it wasn?t too loud nor pretentious. Friendly and... helpful staff, clean and cozy seating, and clean bathrooms. I think my favorite part of all is the good music ???? First timer:ordered the custom breakfast sandwich. Bacon, egg and cheddar on a soft pretzel bun & added tomato, roasted red peppers and babysprouts. So delicious, I?m going to try to recreate this one at home! Also got a large caramel mocha frozen coffee and a bigturtle cookie. Speedy service, and it all looked so good I almost forgot to get a picture lol You have a new repeat customer!Thank you!! I'm from out of state, but I... visit the Medina area often for family, and I make it a point to come by Cool Beans Café each time I'm up here! Cool coffee shop that offers many different coffee options and flavors. Not only does this place offer coffee, they also have... pastries and food as well! The interior is very spacious with plenty of seating. They have a room in the back that is adedicated kitchen for their baked goods and rentals for events/cooking classes. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anyquestions. I ordered a pumpkin spiced latte with oat milk and they might make their own oat milk in house since it tasted a bitgritty which is what normal homemade oat milk tastes like. Relaxed but fun atmosphere. I love the window seats with a great view of the square, and the artwork is charming but not... cluttered. Best of all? The coffee is STELLAR! I had a crème caramel cappuccino, my husband had a spiced brown sugar coldbrew, and we split a giant chocolate chip cookie. All three menu items were uniquely delicious! I love Cool Beans Cafe!! I've never been into giving my money to Starbucks, who I feel is the bully in the coffee business. I... love supporting little coffee shops like Cool Beans over Starbucks any day. Cool Beans is a nice little coffee house with agreat friendly vibe, right on the Medina Square. They have a variety of sandwiches to choose from for breakfast and lunch. Theyhave a delicious variety of baked goods and of course the main course....COFFEE! Cool Beans has a small little party room,where they have small gatherings and offer coffee flight tastings for special events. I highly recommend Cool Beans and willcontinue to support them. Food was great for a light lunch and the coffees are great. Got coffee flights and they were all fantastic. Atmosphere is casual... and nice. Looks like they have cooking classes too which would be a lot of fun. The desserts looked great but we didn't try anythis time. Been here before and will be back again, great coffee shop in a great area. Read more
I attended the Christmas coffee flight event recently with friends. The barista was fun and the coffee was delicious. We also... ordered the Cranberry Chicken Salad Sandwiches to eat and they were really yummy. The barista told us they sell the salad by thepints because it's so popular. I also really enjoyed the chip dip on the side, it was a really nice touch. I've attended otherevents at Cool Bean Cafe' in the past and have eaten/and gotten drinks during town events - all have been enjoyable experiences. Read more
