I had ordered a pizza and it was burnt and called and was told that I would be receiving a refund in the mail. Several weeks... went past and never received anything. I then placed a 2nd call and spoke with another manager,who stated he would call me backlater that day. Did I receive that call No. I just got off the phone with another manager and she told me that the store ownermade the pizza and was not going to refund my money. I think it is really bad customer service and lack of communication. Read more
Just received order fries are cold and limp. The shrimp is cold and was put on limp lettuce. T hey sent food out that looked... like it came out of a dump. Don't order preogis they were hard doughie cold and no butter. This should never came out like this. Read more
