I had ordered a pizza and it was burnt and called and was told that I would be receiving a refund in the mail. Several weeks... went past and never received anything. I then placed a 2nd call and spoke with another manager,who stated he would call me backlater that day. Did I receive that call No. I just got off the phone with another manager and she told me that the store ownermade the pizza and was not going to refund my money. Just received order fries are cold and limp. The shrimp is cold and was put on limp lettuce. T hey sent food out that looked... like it came out of a dump. Don't order preogis they were hard doughie cold and no butter. This should never came out like this. Read more
I?ve been having really good experiences with Geppetto?s delivery lately. I really like most of their food (particularly the... thin crust pizza and dry-rub wings!) And they?re super fast, usually earlier than the predicted time. No complaints at all :) Read more
We ordered food from Geppetto?s for Father?s Day and everything was phenomenal! The ribs were cooked to perfection & it was a... generous amount! We got the red skinned potatoes, baked beans, mac & cheese & even the green beans were so good! Thanks formaking Father?s Day fantastic! Read more
Would be zero stars if I could. The food we ordered was so disgusting that I wouldn?t even feed it to my dog. Fries were burnt... black, fish was nasty, the wings aren't even wings and the slaw was basically a to go cup with water and relish. Awfulexperience. Probably will never them a second shot. Read more
Ordered a pizza with a rib and chicken dinner. The pizza was raw and not fully cooked, ribs were black and sticky, the chicken... was seriously oven cooked chicken breast. Who sells a rib and chicken dinner at a pizza place with baked chicken breast?!!Spent $35 and threw it all away to make soup instead. Super gross will not be ordered here again. A frozen pizza at the gasstation would?ve been a better choice. Read more
I normally don't review on here. But my fiancee and I went to my mom's she ordered A bacon and pepperoni pizza and ribs. from... geppettos. It came out to about $42. When we got the pizza the top half of it was black. So my mom called and told them thatthe pizza was burnt, most of it wasn't even edible. The guy told her on the phone that's how bacon came out on the pizza. Yeahno I've had pizza alot definitely not and the guy got a nasty attitude with her and said she was being aggressive. Just tofind out he was manager. She didn't even want another pizza just a refund. Never ordering from that geppettos again Read more
Order a small pizza.The only thing I didn't like was the sauce on the pizza. Need to improve on the side salad. More tomatoes,... cucumbers and cheese. The employee was very pleasant. Read more
