Do not buy your pizza here! I would give zero stars if I could!! We have been loyal customers to the Medina Gionino's location... for almost 20 years and was so disappointed by the service I will no longer to any Gionino's again! Ordered a pizza & salad andwas told it would be ready in 25mins. We showed up with our children to pick the pizza up and the pizza had already been readyand in the warmer and the salad was not made. The pizza was then taken out of the warmer and we were informed that the saladwas was going to be made right now. 25 minuets later, salad was not made, pizza was very cold and when asked if the salad hadbeen started we were met with a seriously rude employee who just said "nope". My husband got irate and they refunded him thesalad. After coming home with our cold pizza we realized that we should have asked for a full refund. We called back and theyinformed us that they refund would be issued and posted within 72 hours. One week later and still no refund. Called back againand then they insisted the refund would post in 72 hours. One week after that no refund again! I went into the store to demandthe refund I waited almost 30 minuets only for the worker to tell me that it was being processes and I was assured it would gothru. I refused to wait and they finally gave me cash from the drawer. Not even my full refund with the tax and "credit" feethat they charge! Pizza may taste good, when its hot, but I would never purchase from here again. I recommend no one elseeither! There are so many other choices in Medina! Read more
Wow. I wanted a local pizza and can I say WoW. Maybe one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Friendly staff and amazing pizza.... Try them out yourself. 12 minutes and it was ready. Read more

They have Been my go to. We looove them Lately .. food is late.. pizza isn't cooked. Again most pizza places have changed for... the worst .we have always standed by Gioninos. This is cardboard not cheesy any my son found a hair. I called spent 30 gave me 6.95 credit I was a a loyal customer when I... lived in Medina and Chippewa and what they gave me my dog wouldn?t even eat this! This pizza is very good!! It?s very tasty! The pizza has a medium crust and there is just the right amount of sauce! There?s a... nice amount of cheese, too!!! The service is really quick, too! Since there are many Gionino?s pizzerias around the area, youshould give it a try!!! Read more
Ordered a 6 piece jojo's. Picked them up n they were cold manager said sorry and another employee said they could throw them... back in the fryer. Asked for my $ back and he shorts me $1. Asked to speak to the manager and he said he IS the manager so nowyou have management serving cold food and shorting people $. Food is normally good but the service SUCKS!! Read more
