Most disgusting fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Entire place was extremely dirty. Cobwebs on chairs, all tables are... dirty, no soap in the bathrooms, urine on toilets, and the bathroom door was an adventure to even open. Food was standard, but Iguarantee none of it was fresh. God knows if the kitchen has roaches or not. There were only two people working, so I'm notgoing to complain about the service, but if you want more people to work there, step up and do something about your restaurant. I normally do not write reviews, but I am here to warn people who don't want to have a higher chance of getting ill of goinghere. Read more
Got a 12 piece family meal got home and I had nothing but thighs and wings in my chicken box the smallest chicken I have ever... got this was redculious after spending that much money .call there and complained and was treated like that didn't care neveragain will I spen a dollar at KFC... I love KFC but after moving from Las Vegas back to Ohio, I haven't been here until now. I ordered chicken tenders and french... fries. They were both so salty it took a while to eat but I was starving. I managed to get a third of the neal down and pitchedthe rest. It wasn't a cheap meal. I won't be going back. Read more
Worst KFC I've ever been to. They gave us the wrong order, and since the restaurant part was closed there was no way for us to... go back in and ask for it to be replaced with what we actually ordered. It looked like there was only one person working,despite it being lunch hour, and they weren't wearing a mask. The value of what we got was less than what we paid for. Thechicken was so gross. Not crispy at all, and it was the smallest piece of chicken I've ever seen at a KFC before. The onlyreason I give one star instead of zero is because at least the food was still warm. Read more
The manager working tonight went above and beyond to give us the best customer service experience when we came in 10 minutes to... close. She and her employees were so kind and comped us some cookies for being short on biscuits. All around it was one of thebest customer service experiences I have ever had. If you want friendly service then I highly recommend coming to this specificKFC. Also, I don?t know the managers name that was working but she deserves recognition for being so polite. Read more
Terrible. No extra crispy. No thighs or breast, only legs. The 3 legs were small, over cooked and cold. Coleslaw container... only 3/4 filled. Mashed potatoes barely warm. Pathetic. Read more
