Ordered a roman burger no onion and still got onion on my roman burger and they even marked the Roman burger no onion, how hard... is it not to mess it up, I mean I never did it when I worked there but it's sad that the owner was the one who did this to mysandwich and I even watch him make it how disappointing, I hope one day he fixes his mistakes and pays attention to what he isdoing. Sandwich are so teeny weeny little and so very expensive! Rip off! $26. for two small sandwiches and they were suppose to be... the large. Still starving after you eat them because they're so small and just wasted $26. Should be ashamed of themselves forripping people off! Read more
Now dont get me wrong in Love me a Roman burger and Mr. Hero. But What happen to the man that used to own this place the recent... owners are BOGUS.. They seem to skimp on anything possible the dressings an toppings where almost void and i thought it was jusa fluke but absolutely not its just them skimming to make more money clearly. It was ok. Cheese Steak with onion although came home warm asked for onions to be cooked longer to make them softer they were... still hard and crunchy. Onions on cheese Steak should be sautéed till soft. The Romanburgers were average. Read more
Initially I stated in a past review that the food was average for the price I had paid and a staff person was flat out rude to... me and I rarely go to Mr.Hero and was even less likely to go to one again. Recently I was there and staff were as courteous ascould be. I recommend the club sandwich and mozzarella sticks as well as the fries and cheese sauce. Keep up the good work. Read more
