Friendly young girl took our payment and gave us our food. What we ordered was correct and hot like you'd expect. The taste... however was just okay. I can't put my finger on it but the wonton soup just seemed like it was lacking something. The shrimpspring rolls were decent and cooked properly and the shrimp fried rice was pretty bland not only to look at but inflavor. Would I go here again?! If there is no other Chinese food option, yes! However there's another place here in Medinathat has much better Chinese food options that are significantly tastier. The only downside to this other place is that theydon't have shrimp spring rolls. ?? Read more
I?ve ordered from Panda many many times. The last few times I?ve ordered I?ve regretted it. Today, the General Tsao chicken... just didn?t taste fresh, at all. The customer service is always nice, and for that I gave them 3 stars. If it was just areview about the quality of the food lately it would have been 1 star. Food smelled good but was mediocre. Chinese just isn't the same. I ordered orange chicken fried rice and it was crunchy ????.... Not supposed to be crunchy. And there was some type of mystery meat in rice. The customer service was very good though!! Nicepeople Read more
Haven't ordered food from this place and I had very fond memories, but today I had and wished otherwise. I ordered two large... sweet and sour chickens and wonton soup for my partner and I. The chicken tasted bland and honestly microwaved (edible, but I'vehad better). The wonton soup was unacceptable. It tasted like butter, oil and water. More dough than wonton. I wouldn't besurprised if my partner and I are sick tomorrow from the horrible food we ate here. I will never come back. Honestly hope thebest to the staff, but changes really need to be made. We call in a large order (for 8-9 people) at least every other weekend & they haven't gotten an order wrong. The food is great.... The staff are extremely friendly every time!! Read more
I have eaten at this place for YEARS! Today I ordered take-out but had to pee so bad when I got there, so I asked to use the... restroom. It was so disgusting! The trash was overflowing with bloody pads ontop. The toilet seat was covered with dried urine.The toilet bowl had an orangey-pink ring around the inside. The floor was gross. It was so gross, I didn't even feel comfortablewashing my hands in there. I am astounded at how disgusting that tiny little bathroom was! Read more

I used to buy from here all the time, but stopped during the pandemic. Used to be so good, but todays order was not so great.... The food was super salty and the sauce was really thick and salty, like they used a concentrated flavoring and didn?t dilute it.Not the quality I?m accustomed to from them. Read more
