Amazing date night dinner. Excellent service and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We were looking forward to trying this place for lunch today after our great visit to Caste Noel. We were sat outside. The... hostess handed us menus. Then went in her way. She returned a few minutes later with water for our glasses. We made ourchoices for lunch and then sat and waited for our server to come and take our order… we sat there for over 10 minutes -watched a server help two other table three times and still no one came to help us. We waited a few more minutes and decided toleave. As we were walking out a server started to come out and maybe to us. We kept walking towards the car. We may neverknow how the food is here. We had a wonderful dinner with the best waitress, Catie! We were so disappointed to hear that Joe is no longer working there.... We always have enjoyed coming and seeing his friendly face. He was by far one of the best restaurant managers we have ever met.So personable so kind. We hope to see him again. Read more

Great laid back atmosphere. Beautiful patio and pub seating area. Staff is very polite and friendly.

I had the opportunity to try Thyme2 with a few friends tonight. Thankfully we had a reservation because when we arrived, the... place was absolutely crammed with people. It took about 10 mins to get to the hostess stand because several groups of peoplewere just standing around blocking away so that was a little frustrating. Thanks to our reservation, we were seated at ourtable quickly. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that you can only order the "fancy" food when seated in "fancy" area on the mainfloor. If you want pub style food, you have to go downstairs. This was not known to us at time of reservation earlier in theweek and the pub had a 45 min wait after we had been seated. Fundamentally I understand keeping the two separate but from whatwe could see, the kitchen was on the lower floor so all food came from the same place regardless. It appeared to be anartificial limitation vs an actual practical one. Why this matters was the menu was very seafood forward and one person in ourparty was struggling to find something they would want on the "fancy" menu. We were told the menu had just changed this week soseafood was clearly the theme. Regardless of all of that, we selected our meals and ordered. I ordered the pork chop that withwarm German potato salad and green beans on the side. The pork was excellent and extremely well prepared. Very large portionsize and it was very flavorful. The German potato salad had a great flavor and was a nice compliment. The green beans were alittle too crunchy for my liking and would have preferred a slightly softer texture but were good. Will have to try the pubstyle food if I have the opportunity to visit again. Overall it was a pleasant experience but given the issue with our partyand a bit of information gap with the menu and reservations, I did deduct one star as it did cause some friction for the group.There website was also down all day so we were not able to view menus or any details prior to the visit directl Read more

We had a date night over the weekend here, and it was amazing, very cozy , and the food was delicious. We can not recommend... enough how delicious the Chipotle cream steamed mussels were ! A great selection of drinks too! The only downside was the stripsteak, it came out room temperature, we were a bit disappointed, but it was very delicious nonetheless. Read more
