If I could give no stars I would! Waitress was more worried about talking to the cook who was to busy talking to her to make my... food right. Food was terrible! When asked if their gravy was old she said it was out all night! And it?s was 6 am when I camein. Food was thrown together, cooked to long and nasty! Will never come to this location again! I waited over an hour for take out. They were busy and there was only one cook and one server. To go orders should be pushed to... the front because we are not dining in. This ridiculous. I have never had to wait so long for a to go order and I am furious.Take out should take priority. Then when I asked the server about my order she said it was first come first serve but I said myorder it to go so I should have been before them sense they are all dining in. Why offer to go if you don't really honor to gooptions. I was at the waffle house in Medina, Ohio. 3rd shift need to do better. Read more
*This waffle house has made our trips back and forth from the Cleveland Clinic not so long.* My experience tonight was worthy of... the highest Waffle House honor possible! My eggs, scrambled with cheese, well-done, were perfect. They were beautiful, gold,fluffy, cheesy yummyness! My grits with cheese and pecan waffle were worthy of eating until, I simply could no longer. Which isunheard of for me. This was our second visit in as many days, we've had the same server (Gabby) both visits. She was friendly,quick, and knowledgeable. We were happy to see her working, knowing the quality of service she gave us the other night. The Cookand Server are a dynamic duo! Congratulations to the person who hired them! Read more
I had the Cheese Steak Melt meal on Toast w/ Hash browns topped with cheese and tomatoes. My husband had the Cheese Burger,... Hash browns .and a big bowl of Chili. Our meals were delicious and reasonable priced. The restaurant was clean and very niceinside. My husband and I walked right in and sat down in a booth our waitress Shy was quick to taking our order and our drinks.She was very pleasant and polite. My husband and I will definitely be coming back. The restaurant is located on Route 18 justpast the I77 over pass bridge. Read more
Love this place. Food may not be other worldly as it?s just a typical breakfast joint imo. But the environment and people at... this location are top notch. The one manager with the cool mustache makes a trip to this Waffle House worth it. They are allsuper friendly and always take the time to chat and crack jokes. Great place at night. Read more
Amazing food, friendly grill ops and servers, and clean! Always hot and fresh. Yeah I love a good chocolate chip waffle but a... double patty melt with a fried egg and load of hash browns is my favorite meal. Read more
It was very nice we were on a weekend break so found the waffle house it was crowd abut it was Sunday family's out for Sunday... break the food was very good. And the place was clean the employees were very nice and polite. Read more
