Have been going here for like 8 years now have had a pretty good experience. My wife was a little upset today that she had to... pay 32 ¢ for a mini cup of ice when all she needed was the cup and they didn't give her the ice with the purchase either allshe needed was something to put ice cream cone in that was melting we had already bought food there just previous to herrequesting it I think it's just a little ridiculous to charge for that. Our local sonic never fails. Great attention from the guys. Is also not their fault sometimes items are unavailable.
I drive for the consumer. I personally don't care for Sonic foods. All entrees have greasy taste to me. I have observed frequent... order errors as driver. Service is usually fairly fast. Read more
Could barely understand the person taking our order, they were out of Grilled Chicken sandwiches, we got 2 crispy chicken... sandwiches that were way over cooked, bun was microwaved, jalapeño poppers were way over cooked in what tasted like old grease. Read more
Super happy about the amount of ice.. When I usually come and ask for light ice, I get a whole Rt44 full of ice???? not this... time! It was perfect and I was actually able to finish my tea without it being yucky! Thank you so much for paying attention! Iappreciate it very much! Read more
The six of us ate there a few days ago, and five out of six orders had something wrong with them. It took a lot longer to get it... straightened out then it should have. And they made me feel like it was a big inconvenience to fix anything. Read more
