Horrible service and horrible food. Ordered online and had to wait 20 minutes to receive our food inside while they waited on... other people while our food was already made. We live about a mile from this subway. Once home, our sandwiches were cold andlooked like someone already ate them and threw them back up. Price was outrageous and food was disgusting. Took the food back.If I could give negative stars I would. No matter what a person is going through, if you have a job, you need to always give100%. Bad attitudes plus bad food equals bad review. This Subway doesn't have oven roasted chicken so I got a sandwich with the chicken pieces(for lack of a better description). The... chicken pieces tasted like they had been frozen and thawed and were really wet, bland and not good at all. Sorry to say, thewhole sandwich fell short. Read more

I live in Medina and I have to say this Subway is awful. Our sandwiches tasted like charcoal because they never clean the speed... oven so if you eat there and like a nice charcoal flavored sandwich from them not cleaning the oven this is your place. Theydidn?t warm up our meat before toasting or didn?t toast them long enough because the meat was cold as ice. I like my steaksandwich to be hot. Do they have a manager? Or an Owner that cares about the food they are serving?
