Very cool place to have fun with friends. Well organized and executed booking and handling of guest.
WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT SPEND A PENNY HERE. Cars are all outdated, BROKEN, they employees gives the best car to the customers... they know, they discriminate the ones don?t know. PAULA the manager shouldn?t be there in first place. Everything wrong withthis place, today 10/04/22 I heard about 10 parents saying they are not coming back for the service they received today and howthe manager Paula handled the situation. The place is great. Kids have an awesome time. We took our grandson for his birthday. The one thing I personally don't like is... that they put kids on the cars in the order they register their names. With our grandson were 3 other kids that came together.They placed them in the cars in front of our grandson, so he started last. They all ran 3 races, and in all 3 races he wasplaced to start last, because of this placement practice. I think it's a little unfair. He started every race in disadvantage.They should switch starting positions to make it a little more fair for the kids. He managed to win the first one, though. Hewas super excited. The dam attitude from the lady behind the counter was unacceptable... I can understand you have party reserve but she told us us... that we are not accepting walk-in but the arrogance in her voice made it unbelievable...
