I can understand you have party reserve but she told us us... that we are not accepting walk-in but the arrogance in her voice made it unbelievable... Like I disturb her business by walkinginto the place with my children... You guys got to do better... Communication is the key to a successful relationship with yourcustomers... Very cool place to have fun with friends. Well organized and executed booking and handling of guest.

WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT SPEND A PENNY HERE. Cars are all outdated, BROKEN, they employees gives the best car to the customers... they know, they discriminate the ones don?t know. PAULA the manager shouldn?t be there in first place. Everything wrong withthis place, today 10/04/22 I heard about 10 parents saying they are not coming back for the service they received today and howthe manager Paula handled the situation. The place is great. Kids have an awesome time. We took our grandson for his birthday. The one thing I personally don't like is... that they put kids on the cars in the order they register their names. With our grandson were 3 other kids that came together.They placed them in the cars in front of our grandson, so he started last. They all ran 3 races, and in all 3 races he wasplaced to start last, because of this placement practice. I think it's a little unfair. He started every race in disadvantage.They should switch starting positions to make it a little more fair for the kids. He managed to win the first one, though. Hewas super excited. Nice venue, make sure you call before you go. This place books up quickly. Waiting time was 3hrs.

Yay 1st place ???? What a fun place to spend few hours practicing and testing you skills. I was lucky there was not to many... people and everyone were good drivers. Buy yourself a pass and plan on coming back to improve your maneuvers, for everyday Miamitraffic ???? Read more

Pretty cool place! Stuff was so attentive and eager to help with everything. Although I'm more of a 2stroke guy and don't like... electric vehicles my overall was 10/10. Definitely would recommend this place every time! Read more
