If Dave could see the evolution of this location.....the lack of Integrity, Principles and Customer Service is so far from the... vision of what Wendy's is about... The Management has failed Miserably...and your employees are a sad reflection of that, theemployees are nasty, sarcastic, crude, and dismissive.... And pay attention so they dont overcharge by upcharging your orderwithout your permission... Ill eat water for lunch or starve before I ever go back to this location again.. Dont go here. They will rip you off. Drive thru cashier adds the frosty coupon book to your order without authorization. They... got me a few times before i noticed. They will give it to you acting like its a free gift Read more

The girl in the morning shift is in such a rush to get you out of there. She took my order wrong and then did not give me the... syrup for my 6 pc French toast sticks. This happens on a frequent basis. It's ridiculous. They need to stop rushing!!!! Read more

Staff is very rude. They treat people like garbage. I would avoid this location as some of the employees there act like they are... bitter, undrerpaid. It shows in the level of customer service rendwred. It's almost as if they want to purposely ruin your moodand the redt of your day. I understand this behavior and deal with it accordingly. I drove up to the speaker and said hello. Waited a couple of seconds and said hello again. That's when I got yelled at through... the speaker at 8:55 am. Some unhappy lady (unhappy with her job) yelled, "Señor me puede dar un minuto, God!" Which mean Giveme a second, but in a bad way and yelling. I was shocked and a million things went through my head. It was obvious I couldn'tget my breakfast there anymore. Unless I was willing to have a side of their special ingredients. So, I drove forward to thewindow. Then, the unhappy creature closes the window and refuses to help me. Now, I wrote a review almost immediately, but itnever showed up. I called the help line and was not giving a reason nor an explanation. However, Jean(the rep at customersupport) gave me the district managers number. I called the district manager. She apologized numerous times and asked me how tohelp. I asked for an apology from the unhappy creature. She said fine and we were supposed to meet today where I was getting anapology in person. That's was taking place at 1pm, it is now 4pm and the district manager won't even answer my calls. I AM DONEWITH WENDY'S AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD. Read more

I understand prices have gone up in every industry... But if you're going to increase prices, start with changing the prices on... your menu!! I ordered a Dave's triple at drive thru menu price, 6.99. Upon getting to window to confirm price. Was told7.91. 7.39 plus tax. I know tax on 6.99 was only .49 SOMETHING HAD TO WRONG!!! I was told it was 7.39 plus tax. Okay, noproblem... just correct all the prices on your menus!! Read more

Better service than some other Wendy's, but the service is very slow and time consuming. The price has gone up significantly.... Almost double for all items. Read more
