A friend recommended this place to me when I was visiting Madora. I wanted a bison burger and he assured me they had one of the... best. It did not disappoint. It was my first bison burger. Great customer service and friendly staff, we drove from Fargo during the musical session and restaurants in Medora was full. We... stopped here and headed to the bar after we saw two seats open and we were surprised with Bartenders (Bailey and Ashlee) theywere nice very polite and fast, crazy fast. Not only that, the food was unreal we had the mushroom burger and BBQ burger withsweet potatoes fries and onion rings were OMG ,,,,, yuuum yummm yuuuuummmm. A great place in a real gem of a town. Our waiter Jeff was so incredibly kind to us and our three young children. He was... probably the best waiter I've ever had. The fish tacos I had weren't the best - I'd order something different next time, but Iwould definitely come back - and the sweet potato waffle fries were amazing! Also, GREAT shaded patio with a view to the street,and right next to the tracks (but the trains were not intrusive at all) - our young daughters loved seeing a train go by on oneside, and a horse drawn carriage on the other side. Service was good but we did have to return 2 of 3 burgers for underdone [safe to eat but not how requested] but my fish basket... was amazing. Super crunchy but the fish was nice and not over cooked. We started with southwest egg rolls and onion rings whichwere both great. Read more
The beer was great. Service was fantastic. Onion rings very good but maybe a bit oily but not bad. Quisadia was very good, with... the pulled pork. But the hamburger could be so much better if it was not cooked so much. Juicy not dry would be better. Flavorwas good though. Frys we're tasty and crisp. Nice vibe. Read more
So we got in two days ago and decided to go over and grab a bite to eat and drink. We walked in and took a seat at the bar. We... had a couple of beers and then I tried one of there Montana Mules. This was a good drink. We had the southwest eggs rolls thatwere cooked great and then tried a large BBQ chicken pizza that turned out to be very tasty and the crust was cooked perfect .We went back the next day to do some computer work and had a couple more mules as well as a side of fries. Went for dinner tonight and it was awesome! Baked potato soup was delicious, fried walleye was amazing and the pretzels and dips... appetizer was phenomenal.
