Dian or whatever she called herself a manager for the place is THE WORST AND RUDEST person ever you can deal with. She refused... to correct a wrong made item in the order rudely.The WORST experience ever in a Burger king. She said that doesn?t matter to goto McDonald's or any other food place, she doesn?t care!!! I don?t think We as a family will eat form burger king again becauseof the carelessness of the company and taking no actions towards this store manager regardless of many reviews online about herrudeness!! Customer service was horrible. No greeting whatsoever. The woman who was taking my order copped an attitude and took off her... headset and told me to "repeat". Associates were speaking Spanish(wish I have no problem with), but maybe you shouldn't speakbadly about your customers when they are right in front of you and can understand what you're saying. NO BEEF BURGERS R AWESOME! I pulled a fast one on my husband. We were both contemplating on 2 different burgers. I bought the... 2 burgers and also bought the NO BEEF Burger. Cut them in half and gave him half NO BEEF Burger & 1/2 the burger hewanted. After he ate both of them I asked if he noticed a difference in the two. He said no why? I said because you just ate aNO BEEF hamberger! He had no clue, it does taste exactly like the regular burger. I couldn't believe it myself!
