Well, we haven?t found a chick fil a that we haven?t liked until we found this one. We?ve given it multiple chances and it just... disappoints over and over. The food is rubbery, the bread wet and soggy, the sofa is off and the ice taste like chlorine. Stood in line alone for a good 5 minutes with at least 3 free managers staring at me behind the counter refusing to do anything,... then they all clocked out to sit at table together. Would've ignored it if one of them didn't walk up in front of me and ask forfood from the kitchen, immediately receiving it and going back to said table to eat it and all laugh together, all the whilestill no one will take my order. The experience was not good at all. I went on my b-day and I had the app, but they would not let me use the rewards, even though... that is what the rewards are for. They also had rude employees, who would laugh whenever me and my friends tried to talk. Theyalso poured out the Oreo milkshake, and then told us that the ice cream machine was down, and then watched her serve the peoplein front of us a milk shake after. The staff is very friendly and food is always very good. They have a good layout of the drive thru. Wish they would open the... kids playground and would really like to pull up and read the actual menu to order. Sometimes it?s intimidating trying to orderon the fly when you pull up and they ask you right away. Read more
This was the first time I have had Chick-fil-A. The food was good though to me it didn't taste any different than any other... place. The service however was very good. The staff was very busy and remained pleasant efficient and courteous. There were alot of employees and not a lot of room for them to all move around. Yet they all worked well together. Read more
