I?ve been to several Chili?s and they usually always good as this one was Sunday. The service was a little slow but it was busy... and everybody is having staffing problems but he did his best. I tried the new bbq beef brisket burger and it was good but alot of meat. I enjoy both and think I will have a cheeseburger or just a beef brisket sandwich in the future but I wanted to tryit. Great evening! I?m liking the updated menu that includes a drink, app, and main course. My husband and I can literally split a... meal and have plenty of food! Great price for pretty good meal. The kids lava cake is a much better deal than the adult versionas well. If anyone likes dessert! ???? Read more

Wow. Stay away. - ants on the table - food was inedible. Chicken was white, no grill marks, and we were told it?s always baked... (it?s not, it looks grilled on the menu images) - steak was so chewy that we couldn?t get through 2 pieces. Horrible. The goodpart is that they didn?t make us pay for the meals, which is why 3 stars. Pretty horrible management and hospitality even for a chilis, tried to order a medium steak and was brought out a well done... steak. The manager then brought me a steak that was almost raw (see pictures). Also was an absolute nightmare ordering drinks.Bartender also poured us a round of shots and one was almost an empty glass. We tried to get them to give us a full shot andthey wanted us to pay for it. Don?t plan on returning to this chilis location ever, almost everywhere in town is better food andservice. Read more
I ate at Chili?s in Melbourne a few weeks ago and the food was mediocre. I was disappointed with the fried pickles, they were... soggy. The pasta I ordered was decent. My date ordered fajitas, I thought the meat looked weird but he said it tasted fine. Theguacamole that came with the fajitas was not great. We ordered the skillet cookie for dessert, which was probably the best partof the meal. My date and I wanted to eat here again a couple weeks later but the host said it would be an hour wait. I wasconfused because there were only a few tables seated. Not sure what was going on, maybe the kitchen wasn?t fully staffed. We didnot want to wait, so we went somewhere else. We came back a few days later, and the food was disappointing. The chicken Iordered had a terrible taste. I ate a few bites of the ribs my date ordered but I wasn?t impressed. Read more
The staff is always polite, friendly and professional. The food is served quickly and I have enjoyed every meal here. Never had... any problems or questionable food. They keep the inside and out doors clean as well as the restrooms . I have been coming herefor more years than I can remember and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend. Read more
