My husband just picked up lunch from Chipotle. We live 1.2 miles away. First off, there were a few pieces of steak in the pan... and they were going to put that in my burrito. My husband asked for the fresher meat. Secondly, the flour tortilla was so coldand hard, and all ingredients were ice cold, even the items that should have been hot/warm. He ordered the burrito bowl and gotthe same cold food. We have ordered before from this location and have gotten excellent warm food even after driving the 1.2miles. If you want cold food, then by all means, this Chipotle location is your place to get it. Fear not, we won?t ever be infront of you! It is said you just can?t get good help and this proves it. No one is proud of their work or product. They don?tcare because it?s not their business or their livelihood. Yet, they want to get paid higher wages for menial work. There?s justno initiative for kids these days to go above and beyond the scope of their job. We won?t be eating here again. Read more

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I bought a Pollo Asado bowl and chewed on a small hard piece of plastic that was in... the food. I had to throw out the rest of it and my stomach felt unwell afterwards. I tried to call the place multiple times, butonly a robot picks up cause apparently the ?team members need to focus on making burritos and bowls?. Workers need to becareful, people could get hurt! This chipotle is garbage. It?s always filthy, the food is rarely fresh and whenever i try to take a chance and order it via door... dash it?s always wrong and missing ingredients. Tonight?s bowls came with no rice (one white, one brown- doubt they are out ofboth) and slopped together. Don?t order from here. Read more

Wow, my teenager?s bedroom is cleaner than this place. Food and trash on most of the table tops. Stacks of filthy stainless... steel containers next to the grill. The assembly countertop was just covered in food, old and fresh base on the crust of thebean juice. The cilantro in the rice looked like canned spinach. The employees didn?t even remove that batch of rice after acustomer complained about it. Then you have the lack of being a team between the four employees that I saw. Oh, do theemployees have to wear mask? Half did and half didn?t. Which way is the Chipotle way? And if one thinks it was busy, it was notat 3:50 in the afternoon. Read more

We placed an order online for veggie tacos, burrito bowl, burrito and chips and guacamole. When we picked up our order nothing... was said to us. But we later find out they were out of guacamole, cheese and veggies. So when we got home we had a taco shellwith corn and beans and a bowl of corn, rice, beans and lettuce and bags of chewy chips. This is the second time I've ordered a salad from this Chipotle without receiving lettuce. I called and they said they've run... out of lettuce. But when you order online it tells you that steak or barbacoa isn't available, why don't you put that forlettuce too? Get your act together. Read more

Worst experience I?ve ever had at a Chipotle. This location closes at 10pm and it was only 7pm when we went. They were out of... chicken and a list of other toppings in the main line, yet I could see the to-go line orders still getting chicken. There wasonly 1 person working the line with 3 working the to-go orders. Multiple sodas were out, ice was out, the floor was a mess andevery single table was dirty which we had to ask 3 times to get a table cleaned and there was food all over the chairs. Not tomention the trash cans were overflowing. Highly disappointed in this experience! Read more
