The best ice cream, add toppings and such to make it your own.
I got a large pistachio in a chocolate dipped cone with sprinkles. The pistachio had a chemical taste to it, the chocolate had... a cheap waxy taste and feel, and the cone was stale. My girlfriend got oreo cookie in a cone, the icecream was ok but cone wasterrible. We were so looking for a good experience and got a terrible one. Will never go back. Read more
Had no idea this ice cream is made fresh daily at the store with ingredients like fresh fruit! Love to stop by this location for... a treat. The owner is a wonderful person. Read more

Came in on Saturday night 5/8/22 store was a little busy. Floor was disgusting they had no waffle cones and the employees were... just rude. I understand they are kids but they can be courteous to customers or they don?t have a job is how I feel about it. Read more
EDIT: I readjusted my star rating. The owner kindly reached out to me, apologized profusely and offered to make the shake right... again. New guy made my shake a milk-like consistency. Also, he was the only worker without a mask on, but that's besides thepoint. I asked the girl at the register if that was normal and she just shrugged. She said that's how it's supposed to be???That doesn't seem right and it seemed like a lazy response??? This is the second time I had bad service here. Read more
After walking around the Avenue at Viera, Cold Stone has some good ice cream to cool us off and satisfy the sweet tooth. I was... enticed by the graphic at the door for their Halloween seasonal creation of Treat or Treat (TM). Be forewarned it stains yourteeth with all the black food dye they use to make the cake batter ice cream black. In the Ice cream they mix in Kit Kat,Halloween OREO® Cookies and M&M's. Of course it doesn't look as nice as their graphic but that doesn't affect the taste. Read more
