Enjoyed the snow crab and shrimp combo with boom sauce medium hot. it had a Cajun flair and was different than any other... seafood I've had. I really enjoyed the different flavor. I will be eating there again. I also tried the fried shrimp basketwhich was also very good. Read more
Their Cajun boil (medium) was off the chain! So good! Daughter ate the chicken tenders without complaint. Seafood boils were... amazing. Food was so good I forgot to take pictures. We'll be back for sure! Update: Went back two days later it was so good! Read more
This place is AWESOME! My daughter & I went there while we were vacationing in FL and had the Crab Boil with "the BOOM". It's... one of those meals that you remember years later because it was so good. We even went back for the same thing the followingnight! The atmosphere is light & relaxing, the prices are reasonable, and there's a lot of different dishes to choose from. Theservice was outstanding too. Nate was our server and did a fabulous job. We requested him on our second night there too. Thefood is just as good as it looks in the pictures. If you're ever in Melbourne, and you want the best seafood experience you'veever had, you gotta go to Crafty Crab. You will NOT be disappointed! Read more
This no frills restaurant is comfortable. I arrived for dinner with a party of 7. We were seated right away. The decor is... graffiti everywhere. Some of it is crude. The tables are lined with paper, a bucket on top to discard shells. and a big role ofpaper towels necessary for eating a Boil! Our server was nice and attentive. We received our food in a reasonable time plus itwas fresh, hot, and VERY good. The Boils are served in a large plastic bag with plastic bib and gloves... you need them toreally enjoy a pound of perfectly seasoned seafood! The all-in-one seasoning is the best. If you need to take food home, theygive you a paper bag lined with a plastic bag to minimize leaking from Boils. The fried shrimp and fried catfish were delicioustoo. Crispy outside, tender inside. However, there were not enough fries for my husband. My only complaint is the basket shouldcome with 2 sides for the price. I enjoyed eating here and will absolutely return when I'm back in the area. The restaurant looked a mess so my 1st impression wasn't the best. They allow customers to write on their benches, walls and... tables with sharpies. I was scared to sit down in my light dress. The Customer service was superb though. My food came out fast.Well spiced but it was in a bag lol. It was to die for except the corn. Which was way over done. Fresh corn can be cooked in afew minutes so there is no need to have sticky soggy corn. Also I feel like I had 2 portions, there was so much food. I ate somethen had the rest late at night. Nice! Would I go again. OH Yes. Most definitely. I just wish they would reconsider their decor,fresher corn and using foil instead of plastic bags which looks so tacky.. but now that I think about it.
