A meat lover's paradise. It is a very different approach than what I was accustomed to. Large salad bar with tons of items. ... The meat is all you can eat, and brought to your table a serving at a time. You place a small card on your table, and greenside up they bring you food, and red side they stop until you flip it over again. So many different prepared meats. Steak,Pork, Chicken, it is amazing. Wow, I haven’t been to a restaurant like this in a long time. I felt like an ELITE. The service was A++++++! My only advice... would be: Come Hungry! Because you will have so many options and everything is tasty. I believe I was full for 2 days- I justwas really satisfied- I didn’t crave or want anything after going to here. Not even knowing they closed at 8pm on a Sunday, made reservations at 7pm. That was more than enough time to eat all the meats... and enjoy our time. We were there at least 30 minutes after close. I couldn't say enough about the person who looked like themanager. He provided service I have not seen before. I felt like the table was mic'd up because he was there and ready with thebest service. Not to take away from the other staff, they were great too but if I had my own business, I would get him to trainmy staff and show how it's done. Now to the food... it was delicious. I ate everything that came out and the sides and a littleof the salad bar. Nothing disappointed, it was worth the money, even the dessert which is a separate charge. If I were to makeany critical assessment it would be the salad bar. I've seen better at other well known Brazilian style restaurants but honestlywho goes there for salad. I have been going here with my husband for 5 years now, almost once a month ever since. I cannot sing the praises of this place... enough! It is always so consistent with above and beyond service! If you love steak, LOTS of steak, with chicken, pork, lamb,fresh veggies and fruits, cheese bread, salads, charcuterie… the list doesn’t end and that JUST the food! Their wine list isvast, with beyond incredible classic drinks like the Caipirinha, and delicate desert drinks and coffees. The manager, Javieralways takes care of us while the rest of the staff is so polite and on point. ALWAYS! Truly the best service we’ve had fromanywhere in all of Brevard. And we eat out...A lot. I had my son’s rehearsal dinner here at Estampa Gaucha!! Wow is all I can say!! We had a party of about 40 people and they... took excellent care of us! Before hand while we were decorating, the servers checked on us and assisted in the decorating manytimes! During our meal the service was EXCEPTIONAL and the food was VERY delicious! Love love love the personality of all ofthese servers working there! They laughed and joked with all of us all night… I couldn’t have asked for a better night!! Read more
