Great food but never ready on time with the app

My daughter Kristin ordered online today 7/17/22 and her order was supposed to be ready at 12:15. She showed up and it was not... ready. So she waited and waited There was only one person working and she was not even trying to get caught up. Kept lookingat her phone instead of working! My daughter said she looked like a ?crackhead?. At 12:40 her order was still not even beingworked on! There was a ?manager? who showed up and instead of coming in and trying to bang out the orders she just talked tothe employee and did not have any sense of urgency! My daughter finally got so fed up at 12:45 she just walked out without thesandwich she had paid for online. She paid for food she did not even get! There is no excuse for this! Read more

I honestly wasn't impressed. I ordered here for the first time through catering at work and did ordered directly with them and... didn't get remotely what I wanted. They have basically nothing if you're a vegan or vegetarian too. The only thing that I foundto be somewhat satisfying was the coca cola but aside from the I probably won't be coming back here again and In disappointedabout it. Read more
