Order the chicken Cajun, the staff was upset that the chicken was hard as a rock, almost as if it was leftover from earlier that... day! The pasta & sauce tasted good the chicken I ate around it. Nice clean restaurant and good food if you can get it. Placed a pickup order and headed to the restaurant, got text saying... ready at 4:28pm, I arrived to pick it up at 4:30pm, at 4:54pm they finally brought the order out from the back. Said they hadforgot to make one item which caused the delay. That means all the others items had been sitting for about 30 minutes. Yay forcold fried Oreos with melted ice cream! The food was still tasted good even though it was slightly warmer than room temperaturewhen I got home. The only food I would not recommend is the Mahi Mahi sliders they were a small almost flavorless piece of mahiin a bun with piece of tomato and no sauce. Maybe if it was warm it would have been better. No napkins or utensils wereprovided in the to go bag. One of the sauces I requested was not included. Hopefully the restaurant improves. Read more

It was extremely disappointing learning that the only actual Gator on their menu are the gator bites, despite having on their... menu several options that say things like gator nachos and they're being no gator meat in the nachos. however they were good andthe staff was very kind friendly and fast. Despite being named dockside, there is no water in sight in the strip mall where Gators is at; probably a holdover from another... franchise. I ordered mango habanero boneless wings and really didnt like the sauce, the heat level was good though. It had thatoverly sweet taste that you sometimes get with orange chicken at chinese restaurants. I was also disappointed they didnt havecarrots for the wings and only celery. Entrees: (1) 8 piece boneless, mango habanero (2) Buffalo Chickensandwhich Atmosphere/Decor: very much like a bufallo wild wings Server Attentiveness: little slow for how few people werearound Food Wait: Average Cost/Value: ~$10 per person. We had an excellent experience at this location. Our server Jenny was on point, delivered our order as ordered, very friendly... and knew the menu well and gave excellent recommendations. Mario the manager on shift assisted with getting our meal to us agreat help to Jenny. Danielle the bartender on shift knows how to pour a GOOD drink! Definitely one of their better locationsto visit. We went not knowing what to expect and left really impressed. The wings were great, the service was exceptional, and the... atmosphere was exactly what I wanted out of a sports bar - plenty of views of the game and not so loud where it is hard tomaintain a conversation at the table.
