I visited this Hooters 11am Saturday morning to watch "UFC 280". They had been advertising the event would play live. Walking... through the double doors I saw the poster for the event UFC 280 right outside. Upon entering I was greeted from the bar and thehostess came over to sit me. It was not busy at all and most sits were open. I asked if they would be playing the prelims to UFC280, that had started about half a hour earlier. She politely informed me that they usually start playing "the fight" when itstarts. I looked around at the many tvs in the building and wondered why one couldn't be changed to the prelims? Serveral wereeven playing the same content but I asked again to confirm that the prelims could not be put on any TV. I was told again no thusthe reasoning for the one star. Greet people though. Me and my friend came in looking for something quick and easy to eat. We ordered two appetizers ( fried pickles and mozzarella... sticks). After waiting for 40 minutes a waitress finally came over and asked if we had gotten our food. After realizing we hadnot she went and put our food in and got it out to us about 10 minutes later. After eating I went to go grab two to go boxes, Iasked our waiter for them and had to wait an additional 10 minutes inside just to get to go boxes after that I asked for achecks and waited another 15 just for us to have to go back in and ask for our checks again. Terrible experience, our waitresseddid apologize for the wait however the manager did not even bother speaking to us or doing anything to make the situationbetter. Read more

I can?t say I have eaten here too often lately?growing up I definitely visited because they were one of the few places you could... get wings. Hooters is nostalgic, and because of that nostalgia I decided to give them a recent try. I ordered a combination withwings, boneless wings and fried shrimp, I also ordered the pretzels and cheese. This was a delivery order and food is not alwaysas fresh when you get it as it would be if you sat down, however, the breading was thick and lacked any texture other thansoggy. The flavor was there? But the breading destroyed the integrity. The pretzel and cheese was absolutely fantastic. I wasshocked to enjoy this as much as I did hence why I?m giving it a three star instead of a one. The pretzel was so soft it wasmore of a bread while the cheese was perfectly melted and remained so while I nibbled on it throughout the afternoon. Plenty ofsalt and flavor and I will absolutely be stopping in just for this appetizer. I honestly got what I expected though the wingswere not ones I think I will ever crave again, the nostalgia can stay in the past. Though, the pretzel and cheese will give me areason to go again.
