I put an online order in the night before for two dozen donuts, they did not have it ready when the scheduled time was. I waited... in line for 30 minutes and they tried to tell me I only ordered one dozen despite showing them the order. It took about 45minutes to get 24 preordered donuts out of the building. Although they were completely out of Halloween themed donuts already. The young guy name Joseph working the drive through made... the visit worth it. He was funny and personable. Usually happy with KK, and this location. But stopped Monday night got a mixed dozen. Every filled one had almost ni... filling inside, one small bite in each. Do not k ow if equipment was not working correctly, or staff just did not know whatthey were doing. But very unhappy. Cut several open with a knife, more than half of the filled ones was just dough.... nofilling. Read more
I give an extra star for the singular reason that Krispy Kreme has a special place in my heart. However, this location has... really gone downhill in just the last year. I get to the speaker today to finally use my birthday dozen and get some extra stufffor the family. I end up repeating my order completely twice before I'm ignored entirely at the speaker. I pull up and the kidleans out all exasperated and he doesn't even have my full order, that I already PATIENTLY gave TWICE. Imagine my surprise whenI get home and the absolute brilliant lad decided that Creamsicle donuts apparently have chocolate. What a batch of specimensyou've got over here. Another 2 star review. $15.00 for a dozen assorted donuts? NO WAY! They are good but not made of gold. The counter staff was... awful. The masks are really dumb cause you cant understand them talking with the noise... Our server had ZERO personality in aposition that requires one. So sad... Yes, I can say all this because I used to work there 15 yrs ago for the donuts...lol.Still... Not worth the drive anymore for 12 donuts. Read more
