Waited way to long in line as the manager on duty demonstration poor people's skills and did nothing but arguing in front of... other customer as it was Halloween week. Over a small Mocha. She actually kept putting a soda cup on the counter insinuating Idrink sodas and that's what I need to complete my order. She then twisted and blamed an employee for the mistake. 2 large fries???? we're spilt on the floor as she was kicking them all over the place. I understand no slip shoes for the workers. Hercharacter as her title was very unpleasant. dark Pink shirt she had on. Also our order was completely wrong. This store deservesbetter employees. This McDonald?s is most definitely the best one in my area. Always polite and accurate with orders. Have never had an issue.
Always have to pull over and wait. Today it is waiting on a hashbrown. They take your money and then tell you to pull over so... you have no choice. Will never be back, I suffer this everytime i come here. Read more
Waited 10+ minutes to attempt to buy 2 coffees ended up leaving, 1 person on register as the rest just stood around.... but yall... want 15/hr The gas station across the street was faster and tasted better Read more
Stopped by to grab two chicken sandwiches and a coke. Used the kiosk in the lobby and and placed order and paid...order didnt... show up on their board. Was told they were having a problem with the kiosk all day...turned into 15 minute event to find theorder and got those two chicken sandwiches five minutes later....20 minute event. Normally, I wouldn't bother to complain about a fast food place. It's really mostly pointless. But I've gotten to the point... where I feel I need to say something. Hopefully the owners will read this and take it to heart. My husband and I eat hereprobably too often. Our mornings are hectic and breakfast here is our "go to." It's always been hit or miss, but mostly prettydecent. Lately, however, it's been miss, miss, miss, miss, miss. Either things are missing from the order (2 apple fritters,hash browns, etc.), or the biscuits are stale, or the coffee is made so far off the recipe that it tastes like tar, or no strawsin the bag and when I ask for them I'm told they are in the bag and have to PROVE to the young lady at the counter that theyaren't there.... I could go on. In our last 10 visits, something has been wrong or missing every single visit. All of this ontop of prices going up exponentially. One memorable moment I ordered an oatmeal and my bag contained a spoon, the fruit, acouple napkins, and no oatmeal. I hope you guys get it together. On a positive note (for us), the hubs and I will be eating athome more which is better for us anyway. Read more
