I walked in and placed my order on the kiosk. There was three people in front of me. One of the customers was there picking up a... Uber order. She had waited over 30 mins for her order. When she asked about the order the woman running the back told the otherworker she didn't care. We ended up waiting 25 minutes for our food. Will not go back to this location again. Read more
There was good drive through on first drive up window. Second window food handling area, missed the chicken nuggets in the kids... meal. Drove home before I realized it. I agree, I should've checked before leaving. I had to be somewhere and had only so muchtime. Plus, the drink was wrong. People just hand food robotic-style. Lemme tell you a story. One time I placed an online order to get a deal on free fries, went inside where like 7 people were... waiting on orders. Just for the fun of it, I started a timer & waited at the counter on my phone out of curiosity to see howlong it'd take them. After a few minutes, one by one people in that OG crowd left. New people came in, waited a while, left. Anhour and fourteen minutes after I started my timer, I got my order. Decide for yourself if those free fries are worth it. TodayI decided to try McDonald's again, after a few months. Just ordered a nugget meal through the drive-thru, nothing crazy. Theytold me to pull up to the reserved spot. I've been waiting for 20 minutes now, I'm gonna miss my lunch break. These two timeshave taught me a valuable lesson- if you come here for "fast" food, bring a good book. Read more
This was the best McDonalds experience I?ve had LOL as funny as this is. They were the only one open until 1am, on the way home... from a theme park. Everyone at the windows / speaker was professional, and fast. All the food was fresh and they moved the line(which was around the building). Whoever manages this restaurant, good on you. Read more
0 stars, only put 1 cause it was required. Come home to eat and find fresh black weave in my fries. I know it?s fresh because I... can smell the hair product and my fries were oily, hair nets exist and y?all are too lazy to use ?em. Not to mention the sweettea isn?t sweet. I am finding myself eating at 7-11 before I eat at McDonald's. How can they justify their prices with the trash they are... serving. The only reason I go to McDonald's is for fries. Spent an hour from arriving (and selecting the curbside number) to leaving. Half full fries, burger missing cheese, and being... told they didn?t have my third item. They asked if I wanted something else since they couldn?t refund me. I asked for a caramelfrappe, and they never came back out. I waited an extra 20 minutes and went back inside. No one was even at the front register,so I decided to leave. Waiting around for 1 hour for a small order is absolutely insane. Missing items I paid for and beingtold I cannot be refunded is extremely disappointing. Guess I?ll be sticking with Wendy?s. Read more
