Incredible quesadillas, comparable to Taco Bell. The free nachos were plain, but same as every other Southwestern restaurant in... florida. Large choice of (free-refill) drinks compared to UK restaurants, as well as friendly staff. Zero stars? Absolute filth. Waited 20 minutes in line to watch a young male worker (who was either remarkably high, mentally... unfit, disgracefully apathetic or all 3 of those things) spill a bowl full of food all over the work station. Not a big deal,but he quickly made things 100x worse. After wandering for a bit and blaming the female workers who were busy doing everything,he grabbed a dirty, stained, wet rag out of the sink and slowly wiped everything he spilled onto the floor and into the toppingstation. Then, without gloves and with the same rag, he picked up each topping container and sloppily wiped them down whiledragging the dirty wet rag across the lettuce, cheese, olives, etc. My wife and I saw enough. In many more words, I told thestaff I was leaving and encouraged other patrons in line to do so as well. I've never seen such a blatant disregard for publichealth. This place keeps getting worse, and I'm done giving it chances. The Owner responds to reviews, but takes no real action. Read more
My burrito was so delicious! I ordered for pick up and I wish I said thank you to the people behind the counter. They gave me a... lot of chips when I asked for extra chips in my online order. My son and I went to Moe's on Friday evening to get tacos and burrito. The young lady that cashed me out was great and there was... another young man that was very helpful, I wish I got their names. I asked the young man if they had more salsa because theywere out at the bar and he turned to ask the manager about the salsa and he replied that he would get it. After waiting a fewminutes the young lady at the cash register turned to the manager and said the customer is waiting for salsa and he replied hewould get while continuing to clean the floor. I then said I don't have all night to wait and he said that can't you see peopleare working. I said and I just spent my money here he walked aways mumbling. I decided that they do not deserve my money talkingto customers that way so I asked for a refund. While he was refunding me I said all I wanted was salsa not your smart remarks. Ishould have listened to my wife when she said don't go there the food is and service inconsistent. Deleting the app from myphone and never going back. Read more
If I could give this half a star I sure would. The food was soggy, the tables were dirty, the restaurant just looked messy and... dirty, food on the floor. The sauces looked old. I have been in other Moe's and the food was great and it was clean. What atotal disappointment! I will drive the extra miles to enjoy Moe's! Read more
One of the best burritos I have ever had This restaurant is located inside the Avenues at the viera. It is on the south side of... the inner circle. I have been to this location many times over the years from when it first opened. You are greeted as you enterwith the traditional, ?Welcome to Moe?s? although the enthusiasm in the delivery has reduced over the years. The menu is alongthe wall on your left as you enter the line to order your food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One person takes yourorder, one adds extras, one prepares your plate or bag and other checks you out. There is seating both inside and outside therestaurant. The drinks and salsa are across from the register. They have a good selection of food to order and drinks to includeiced teas. There are 3 types of salsa: two red types and one green. Lately, the food seems to have gotten markedly better. Thislast visit I ordered a homewrecker burrito and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant has been slightly busy the lastseveral times I have visited. They have an order-out option and the pick-up is right in front of the door. The restaurant wasslightly dirty with unbussed tables and unswept floors. The prices are very reasonable due to a large amount of food served andthe chips served with each meal. Overall I would recommend this to any hungry travelers in the area due to the food quality,price and staff. Read more
We always enjoy a good lunch or quick dinner from Moe's. Like most places right now there seems to be a lot of new faces. Glad... to see that they are surviving the pandemic. I had some steak tacos and they were built very well. The steak seemed a littlesalty but other then that all was good today. I did miss my "Welcome to Moe's!" LOL. Read more
