10/22/22..Every time I drive here I have a great experience.Today was a bit diffrent.I came in a proceeded to tell the lady at... the counter which smoothie that I like etc..As I was doing this I'm chatting and I stick my card in machine.I notice a Caucasianman and a young boy walks in..Long story short I left my card in the machine and walk out Instead of this crook informing mewhen he walks out that I had left my card.He actually uses my card to pay for his smoothie and his son's. Smh..My transactionwas at 343pm his cam in right at 345pm..I was literally in the parking lot once I realized an unauthorized trans had comethrough so I went back in to inform staff They were able to confirm that it was the Caucasian me with child about 8 or 9..It'ssad that this world is so heartless.With no morales.I literally found a debit card about 3 weeks ago I found the women andreturned it.Im blessed..there are so many wicked evil people but,you will anwser for that. God saw you.The staff were supportiveand I do thank you They have him on camera but thats all...Please be mindful of leaving your cards behind I think a sign wouldhelp others remember ..Staff stated people leave their cards all the time and she pulled out a stack of cards..I just couldn'tbelieve that crook did this Had I came back sooner I would have confronted and called police but he had just left..be carefulout there... Brady has the most fantastic customer service and knows the menu extensively. We love the mango blast w/boba and the strawberry... colada but will definitely be back for the Alexa&Brady fun!! Read more

This is my favorite smoothie spot of all time. Employees here are the best! They're always there to greet you with wonderful... smiles on their faces. Recent changes to this location has confirmed that I'll only go to Tropical Smoothie in the future. The light size is no longer... an option and the prices have also raised. $7 for a small.... additionally they seem to be using less in the smoothies so youget a watered down smoothie, you're now paying more for. Their loyalty program number taker also seems to never to be workingnow and the new paying systems requires you to tell the worker if you're going to tip them or not, which leaves me with an ickyfeeling and almost obligated to tip, even when the service has gone down. I?ve been going to this place for 3 years because the smoothies are good but the employees are ALWAYS in miserable moods and... have horrible attitudes. & it always takes forever. You?re not greeted when you walk in, and when you order anything differentfrom how it comes, you?d think you?re inconveniencing them majorly. The turnover rate is crazy high but I?m confused on why itseems they only hire rude and ungrateful teenagers. Read more

The employee working the opening shift on 1-11-21 needs an attitude adjustment. I arrived at 8:54 and it was locked I looked at... the hours and it said 7AM for opening so I saw someone in there and knocked. She held up 10 fingers at me. I pointed at thehours sign on the door. She pointed at what I suppose is the new hours sign which said 9AM was the new opening time. So I wentback to my car to wait 6 minutes. When I got to the door and she opened it I said ?y?all should considering covering the oldhours sign so people don?t get confused?. With a little attitude she said ?I don?t have any control over that? I said ?well youcould bring it up to management. I?m sure they would think it?s a good idea? and she didn?t even respond to that she justignored my suggestion. A good employee would?ve said ?thank you for the suggestion I?ll pass that on to management?. On my wayout I made sure to let her know to work on her customer service but I think she really just needs an attitude adjustment. Read more
