The all-you-can-eat sushi is such a great deal, even on weekends! They have such a diverse menu to order from which includes... appetizers, sushi, stir fry, dessert, etc and they even have cocktails. This was my first time here and the sushi was good but they are very short staffed and me and my friend were charged for the... dinner thing even though we just wanted to be charged for our rolls and never said anything about wanting the dinner thing. Meand my friend looked in there website to see the price and calculated how much it would come to including tax but the bill stillcame out to more than expected, even when they asked them to take off the dinner charge. We also waited for our food for about45 minutes. I've looked at other reviews and it seems Other recent customers have had sort of the same issues. Went for Valentine?s Day and highly recommend to get a reservation before hand! Obviously the place was packet but we had a... reserved table and were sat down right away. First order took a bit, I?m assuming because of the amount of people in there butsoon enough wait times were pretty much none existent! I?ve been to both other locations in my area on numerous occasion so I know the level of food to expect from sushi factory. This... experience was well below my expectations. The fried items were cold in the middle, the raw fish was warm, the tempura shrimp inmy sushi tasted like old oil. I had to order my daughters food multiple times before she got it (well into our meal), thechildren who helped serve us were better servers than the adults. They argued with us about the Groupon we used AFTER they hadus redeem it. It was a poor experience and I won?t be returning to this location in the future. Read more
