3* for now. Been here 8x. The food is great. Service is extra slow. The last time I went 8 tables walked out due to the slow... service and waiting 30-45 minutes before getting any items. The food is super fresh and delicious! It is all you can eat, and you will be charged extra if you order something and do not... eat it. You fill out little papers to order and then a server or sushi robot will bring you your food. The servers workingwere also very kind and great with kids. Great food, terrible service. Waited for over 30 minutes for our order before another server (not our server) came over to ask... if we were waiting on something. Guess that's the kind of service you get with an automatic 18% gratuity. Food is very good. Read more

Service is horrible. My parents and I were there for 2+ hours waiting to get our 2 orders. Our 1st round came out in a decent... amount of time but we were waiting over an hour for the 2nd one when we had put in the orders as soon as we got our 1st round.The sushi chef was turned around watching Netflix on the screen behind him the whole time and the waitress couldn?t find ourorder when we asked about it. Finally they gave us food but it was not what we had ordered at all. We did not even get to eatuntil we were full at this place because we got tired of waiting.
