Good luck contacting this store. Tried calling several times only to get recording "unable to take your call, goodbye". Food is almost always wrong. It doesn?t matter if they are busy or not. They never add any customizations which is a big... disappointment for the vegetarians when they substitute meat for beans. There seems to be a few good workers and the rest arealways rude and complaining about even being there. Turnover seems to be very high which I can only guess is the result of poormanagement/ownership. This Taco Bell is very close and is consistently disappointing, which is a shame because I love Taco Bell.This is the worst in the area by far. Avoid if you can. Read more
The pizza taste like burnt motor oil. This ruined my experience. Everything was okay but the pizza was really nasty!
Best Taco Bell ever, the one in rockledge doesn?t even compare to this one. Angelique and Robert are always holding it down. We last night at 11:15pm I ordered 4 taco supreme checked my food before driving off, all 4 tacos were Ice cold. Went back to... window and told the girl she was so rude, I asked to speak with manager some guy came to the window wouldn't give me his name, he was also very rude. I know they've been low on staff lately with the worker shortage, but the workers there are staying super positive! Their... positive attitude can even be heard through the drive through speakers and never fails to put a smile on my face. Read more
Poor sad soggy broken taco. Frequently out of items, one socially awkward guy that works drive through sometimes, and... occasionally missing items in my order. So why the 5 stars? They don't make me wait 40 mins in the drive through or randomlysub items when they're out of something without asking first (*cough* Wendy's *cough*) or actually show up to work and not makeordering feel like an argument (*cough* Burger King *cough*). It's Taco Bell so I don't know what people are actuallyexpecting, but staff have always been nice and friendly to me and food quality is pretty much what I expect. Yeah, every placeis short staffed but this Taco Bell doesn't throw a fit and curse about my order (at least within earshot) or throw my bag offood at me. Read more
Just visited this Taco Bell few minutes back (Dec 1, 3:30 pm ET). Got my order completely wrong - asked for Veggie Mexican Pizza... and got the Beef Mexican Pizza when I opened at home. Forgot to give the drink. No receipt in the bag. Really disappointingexperience. Read more
