Second time ordering from here. Teriyaki Madness and both times there was maybe a teaspoon of teriyaki in a large order. I... ordered the tofu, and the pictures show the tofu covered in sauce, I got dry tofu, a bunch of dry rice and some veggies thatmaybe had a little bit of sauce. And I stirred it all up. I would love to give more stars because the chicken is honestly good, but they are definitely still working out kinks. They seem... to be very short staff which causes a delay and lots of people waiting on food. In a midst of a rush tickets don?t get properlyread so I always make sure I check my order before I leave because sometimes things will be missing or not what I ordered. Oncethey get the help that they desperately need just like chipotle. I think things will be a lot better for them best of luck! Read more
2.5 stars Tried this last night for the first time. When I got there the line was outside. They were telling everybody a 20... minute wait though. Definitely waited at least 45 mins after ordering. During the wait to order and waiting for my food I sawabout 3 ppl complain about the order being wrong. So when I received my food I checked and one of the plates were wrong. Ireceived fried rice when I asked for noodles. I understand trying to be quick to get the orders out but maybe just slowing downa tad to ensure orders are fast AND CORRECT. Not just fast. The food was ok. I was expecting more from all the 5 star reviews.We ordered a orange chicken with fried rice, teriyaki breast with noodles and 3 egg rolls. The rice was mushy. The chickenbreast overcooked and tough. The egg rolls have a good flavor but seemed like they had been cooked prior to all my other foodbecause they were kinda soggy. Honestly I?m giving 5 stars simply because the chicken. The chicken was clearly fresh , juicy and cooked perfect. The veggies... were pretty good. This is definitely a better healthier ?fast food ? option than anything else in viera right low. As far asservice you can tell the staff was overwhelmed and there was some bickering in the back so service was a little slow HOWEVERthey just opened so they are clearly working out some kinks. Overall the front staff were super nice , they were as efficient asthe could be. And the food price was more than reasonable for what your getting. We will definitely come back. Read more
Decided to check this place out and surprisingly, their food was good! The chicken was tender and juicy by itself already, but... with the added teriyaki sauce it?s even better. However, the store needs cleaning up. Huge clutter of boxes as you walk in,tables are not wiped and greasy. I can see through the kitchen area and it?s a bit of a mess too that it made me a bit hesitantto try the food at first. Service needs a lot of improvement, but food?s not bad at all! Also, I wish they would use paper boxesinstead of plastic containers for dine in to prevent so much plastic waste. Read more
