Great Server, we had a good time and definitely recommended, the food is good.
I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, but that's why ratings are made. I hope things get better at this TGI Fridays. As we arrived... the hostess said "2?". Meaning a table for two. Not a hello, welcome, hi, nothing. Worst, the young lady didn't smile once. Mywife said hello, the hostess never acknowledged or answered back. A hostess should be a bit friendly as this is the firstexperience customers are going to have as they enter the restaurant. Moving on.... Our server never introduced herself. I stilldon't know her name. I think she smiled once, maybe. I had water to drink. I finished my water and put the empty cup on the sideso she could see it. Not once did she ever asked me nor offered to get me more water. Worst yet, once I saw that she wasn'tgoing to offer me more water, I asked her for water. 10 minutes went by. No water. I asked again and waited another 5 minutesbefore she brought me water. The food was just OK. Nothing great about it. The only thing we truly enjoyed was the brownie. Thebathrooms were really bad. I posted a photo of the trash can in the male's bathroom. Can't post a photo of anything else, toogross to show. My wife said that there was blood on the floor in the females bathroom. I mean c'mon man. Just a bad experienceall around. I did ask to speak to the manager. He came to speak to me. He didn't introduce himself either but I did ask for hisname. Update: never saw my waitress/waiter and did not get a glass of water either so we left, and went to Taco Bell across the... street. Got food and was back in my hotel A/C within 10 mins. This USED to be my favorite chain. Unfortunately, I don't thinkI will return even though I'm staying across the street. Waited at hostess station over 5 minutes; waited for mywaiter/waitress over 5 minutes...decided against buying food so I sat on the patio just to see how long it would take to get aglass of water. Let's say it was a long time....luckily my dog was able to get a nap before walking back to my hotel...haha. Oh, and I did read the menu...which actually looked good. Read more
Jose was a great waiter but I feel like the rest of the staff was seriously lacking. Old fashioned I ordered was drowned with... simple syrup. Not necessarily the staffs fault but the kitchen has no sound barrier so all conversations and horseplay in thekitchen can be heard perfectly clear in the dining room. Burger was good but nothing to come back for. Overall our waiter Josewas the best part of our experience. He was polite, attentive, and you could tell he was giving it 100% which is hard to findthese days. Read more

Placed a To go order and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my cold and Burnt food. Normally this location has good... service but today was a total let down. Read more
I went with my family. (A party of 9) The waitress was extremely cool and funny. Most importantly she was patient. The kids... enjoyed their bacon cheese burgers and almost each of them had a special order meaning one wanted no onions, one wanted notomatoes etc. Out of 4 kids with special orders, they got their burgers correct which impressed me because even I got confusedwith who wanted what. I enjoyed the apple butter bbq half rack ribs (I highly recommend by the way) with mash potatoes andbroccoli. The food was finger licking good (literally). The atmosphere was chill and we as a family enjoyed ourselves. Irecommend this restaurant so when you go make sure you tip good because they are awesome. Read more
So I ordered the sirloin and my wife got the sesame chicken... my food showed up and hers didn't. He stood there and said the... back must have forgotten your food. Went into the back and came right back out with it. After that we saw our waiter walk pastseveral times however he never checked on us. As my wife was eating her chicken she noticed that there was shrimp mixed in. Shesat it aside so we could show the waiter. I kept watching for him and he just kept running past us. My drink was empty, my steakwas horrible and he only finally came by when we just sat everything down and stared at him... his only words "did you want anyboxes?" I said not for the shrimp we didn't order... AND HE LAUGHED! He then took the plate with the shrimp on it and went tothe back and came back with the bill asking "is there anything else?" To which I just couldn't say anything besides can I speakto a manager? Finally a lady came out who could have just been a customer because there was no way to identify her and I askedif she was the manager and she said yes. I explained everything and her response was "Well i wasn't out here so I couldn't doanything about it" I pointed out that if my wife was allergic to seafood she could be dead and she replied "well we are shortstaffed."
