Went to Melting Pot to celebrate my 25th birthday, happened to be a Thursday so my boyfriend and I did the “Thursdate”... dinner. Our waiters, Dallas & Leslie, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, listened to, and appreciated. Not only didthey check in on us multiple times, but they were kind and patient throughout the experience. When one of our salads came outwith the wrong dressing, Dallas & Leslie offered us extra deserts to compensate (which they absolutely did not need to do! Itwas so thoughtful). They also brought us a birthday plate with a piece of cake and some chocolate covered strawberries, inaddition to two birthday shots!! I haven’t had such a great dining experience in my life. I would recommend Melting Pot toanyone looking to celebrate an exciting day or anniversary, but it was our waiters who elevated the entire night and made thedinner so memorable and sweet. Read more
Went here with a group of family and friends to celebrate my birthday and had the best time!! We had a party of about 15 and the... service was wonderful. Had many different things ordered, from different cheeses, one part of or group got the grill option, andwe ended up with 4 different types of chocolate. Just wonderful!! Read more
This place has it all! I have tried 4/6 cheese fondue so far and I love everyone of them. The service is phenomenal, Dallas,... Savannah, Tiana, and Sydney in particular were fantastic and will make sure you have a great time. The chocolate fondue isamazing as well. Must try! Read more
I’ve been dying to try the Melting Pot for ages and I was not disappointed!! I picked the perfect day to go because it was... ‘Tini Tuesday. I ordered the cupcake martini. I was worried it might be too sweet to drink, however it ended up beingdelicious. I was skeptical when they brought out apples to dip in the cheese fondue, but the combination is surprisinglyamazing. The strawberries were also ridiculously tasty. The experience was so much fun. The staff was so nice despite beingbusy. I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves food. Edit: I returned to The Melting Potthe day after Valentines Day and had a completely different experience. The oil was spewing everywhere, I burned my tongue onthe hot tong, and the staff did not tell us how long to cook the food. I overheard a different server explain the cook times toa neighboring table, and I realized we probably were not cooking the meat long enough. The next day, I got sick and puked forthe next 36 hours. If I ever return to the Melting Pot, it will be for dessert only. Read more
My complaints is all about the service. It took one full hour for one full beer draft. By the time it arrived i didn't want it.... I had to beg for water from another server and it seemed to be a problem as well cause it wasn't his serving table. Food wasok but desert chocolate was literally like water we didn't finish it because we didnt want to get sick years ago a guy namedbernard owned this restaurant and it was amazing now its a 0 star restaurant i don't see the point of spending 200 dollars for adinner for worst service i ever had in this world. He wouldn't clean the table we actually complained to manager i tried toleave early and even pay more so i could just leave the money on the table and leave. Worst service no drinks no water nocleaning my table. Will not return ever in my life. We were there for over 3 hours and wont refill water or anything worstexperience pf any restaurant i have ever been to worldwide. We had garbage on our tables with desert still wouldnt do anythingat all. This is a wonderful place for any special occasion. Tonight was our 16th wedding anniversary. We had a fantastic meal and... conversation. We got the 4 course meal for 2 and it was AMAZING.
